The world of Recruitment is highly competitive and we respect that as a client ‘you’ have the choice to work with a chosen agency. An agency is a representation of your business and can have an influence on your employer branding therefore we take our role in the process of on-boarding very seriously, we are honoured to work as an extension to our client’s recruitment function.

Our experience has taught us the most appreciated values our client’s respect include an honest, open and trusted mutual relationship. Talent Acquisition is key to a successful business and our comprehensive process delivers successful placements enabling our clients to engage talent, we ensure we have a thorough understanding of the requirement, the business, the people, the team and the future opportunities the role offers or does not offer. We invest our time at the beginning of the process to save you wasted time during the selection and interview process, the initial recruitment briefing (either face to face or over the phone) is vitally important. To avoid us over promising and under delivering we chose not to support on roles whereby the client is unable to schedule an initial briefing.

We offer our client’s a choice of service as follows:

Contingency:

This traditional method is trusted and reliable, it is an agreement whereby no fee is due until we are successful in securing the ‘right’ candidate for the role. The process includes our fully comprehensive service, we will conduct an initial brief on the position, pro-actively go to market and source suitable candidates via means of:

  • • Non branded adverts on the leading job boards
  • • Email campaign to our matured internal database
  • • Targeted resourcing from a selection of CV databases which we subscribe to
  • • Maximisation of all social media and networking

Via in depth interviewing, screening techniques and online skills assessment (if required) we refine a short list ready for presentation to our client, where possible the registration/interview is conducted face to face or via Skype. We schedule interviews and ensure candidates are fully briefed on the interview process, we efficiently manage the exchange of interview feedback and support in the delivery of extending the offer/package. We also ensure we deliver feedback to the unsuccessful candidates as they too are important.

Retained:

This is a dedicated commitment whereby a client choses to work on an exclusive basis with the agency, a contract is signed and the fee is paid in three instalments, with an initial payment of 1/3 on commencement of agreement, 1/3 on submission of short list and final 1/3 on candidate commencement date. The process is again comprehensive but extra intense as the agency has committed to successfully filling the position, the key differences are:

  • • Contract mutually signed and agreed to include a project timeframe and methodology
  • • Branded adverts (can add value to your brand awareness)
  • • Targeted search/head hunting campaigns (details defined during briefing meeting)
  • • Prestige Account Manager will meet each candidate face to face
  • • Interview support (Your Prestige Account Manager will (if required) conduct first stage interviews with the recruiting manager at the client site)
  • • The agency can focus 100% on finding the right candidates and not be compromised by time pressure of working against competitors

Skills Assessment:

Full skill set assessment and training is available as part of our service (contingency and retained), testing is not always a pass or fail it can identify a training and development need but it is good to appreciate ahead of offer the investment the company needs to make. The tests are electronic via an external company who are a trusted market leader, the results are instant and we can test your existing employees to gain a realistic benchmark.
