Our consultants are Account Managers who build strong business relationships with candidates and clients applying a necessary sense of humour and an appropriate level of fun.

 

We are not targeted on activity which means you will not get unnecessary calls, visit requests or high volume CV submissions, you will get a call when you need one, a meeting request when appropriate and CV’s will be submitted based on quality not quantity. This also ensures candidates are submitted for the ‘right’ positions.

My mature career has been dedicated to recruitment, the ever changing and challenging world of recruitment fits my intuitive nature to continue learning new things, never two days the same and no time for the brain to become inactive. I have been fortunate to work with some amazing clients, candidates and great colleagues over the years and can confidently say I have made lifetime friends. Outside work my three children keep me very busy but I make sure I find time to follow a healthy living programme with the help of ‘juicing’ following a life changing experience at ‘Juicy Oasis Retreat’ in 2016.

With bags of enthusiasm and a friendly, approachable character my focus is to find the top candidates for Prestige’s valued clients, always determined to find the perfect match! Managing Adele’s work load and diary is a challenge but one that I relish. In my spare time, I love to see my family and friends. I am a self-confessed gym bunny but nothing beats a take away and a good gossip with my girlfriends.

Managing Consultant

An experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in building long term partnerships with clients, offering a bespoke consultative service and approach. I have been responsible for developing existing business models, trouble shooting and managing both regional sales and recruitment teams. I thrive on challenges and give 100 percent passion in all I embrace, in both my personal and business life. When not working with our fabulous team in Prestige, I’m generally found outdoors in the woods with my rehomed Boxer dog or spending time with my family and friends.

I have been working in recruitment since 2004 and have been at Prestige Appointments since 2009. I enjoy the ever changing and fast paced world of recruitment and really value the strong relationships I have built with clients and candidates alike. I enjoy the consultative approach I am able to offer to my clients by working for an independent recruitment consultancy and believe this flexibility enables us to offer a truly value added service to clients and candidates alike. Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family and spending time in the gym.

As a recent History graduate, I’m really excited to kick start my career in the world of recruitment!
