Receptionist / Admin Support Assistant St. Albans, £21,500 + Bonus and Excellent Benefits Due to internal promotion an opportunity for a new Receptionist has arisen to join an existing and excelling front of house team working for an award winning and internationally recognised company based locally to St Albans. The ideal introduction to the team will act as primary support to Reception and switchboard and deal with a wide range of enquiries in an calm and professional manner and hold in high regard the importance of delivering excellent customer service at all times.   Key Responsibilities: Handling of incoming calls & switchboard management Welcoming visitors Providing effective customer service to all customers enquiries Managing incoming and outgoing post Diary management including booking meeting rooms and travel arrangements Over all facilities management including stationary and food and beverage orders and supplies Maintaining  a professional appearance to the visitors reception area A high attention to detail and previous working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Other ad hoc duties as required on support of the team Key Skills and Experience: Previous Reception and administration support experience Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to excellence Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm     Keywords: Reception, Receptionist, Administrator, Admin Support Assistant Facilities Manager, Front of House Locations:  St Albans, Watford, Aldenham, Borehamwood, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, London Colney, Hertfordshire   Prestige Appointment are a Recruitment Agency providing permanent resourcing and selection services to employers throughout the UK.
