New Business Field Sales Executive, Home Counties £35-40K (including Car Allowance) Realistic OTE £80,000 A new opportunity has arisen with our client, a market leading company who have excellent growth rates of around 20% each year. Their outstanding success has led to the requirement for a Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to manage the sales process from cradle to grave and you will be rewarded with uncapped commission. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Working from an existing database as well as being supplied with incoming leads you will responsible for identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential new clients. You will create a demographic of their employees and creating a bespoke solution where the product is tailored to each client's specific need. Following this you will present this back to the client and overcome any objections and be responsible for signing the deal. This role will be predominately field based (average of 4 days) and you must be able to commute to the Hertfordshire head office easily.
