The role is 70% HR (true generalist), 20% Payroll Our client, a global manufacturing business are looking for a HR Generalist to cover the full scope of employee relations, compensations and benefits, resource management and management development. Providing end to end case management delivery and support for all managers and employees across 2 UK sites. Key Responsibilities: Provide support and advice to leaders and employees on end to end case management and individual HR matters and enquiries Provide support and advice on a full range of HR services. This includes but is not limited to: new starter and leaver guidance, changes in conditions of employment, activating employee movement including transfers and promotions, changes to T&C, training & development requests, remuneration and benefits advice Management of recruitment and selection for Managers and below Ensure the relevant paperwork is completed such as Recruitment authority and up to date Job Description Support the HR Director in the deployment of operational organisational development projects and interventions.
