Resourcer, St. Albans, £17,000 - £19,000 plus uncapped commission potential!

We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic individual to join our team and provide support to our recruitment consultants in all aspects of the candidate selection and interview process. As a recruitment resourcer you will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the business as whole.

Key tasks/Responsibilities: 
  • Sourcing candidates from internal and external CV databases and networking resources. 
  • Assist recruitment consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity including scheduling interviews and collecting interview feedback from both clients and candidates. 
  • Review and respond to job applications received through external job boards. 
  • Maintain and build relationships with all candidates as appropriate. 
  • Produce advertisements for all job roles to be posted on both company website and external job boards. Assisting in keeping internal database up to date. 
  • Answer incoming calls. 
  • Contribute to wider business projects and processes as appropriate. 

Essential Skills/Experience Required: 
  • Educated to GCSE standard (essential) 
  • Educated to degree standard (desirable) 
  • Previous experience and/or a strong interest in a research driven environment
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and ability to use initiative.
